You know what you want your students to do. But do they?

“Engage your core." "Open your chest." "Extend your spine."

You’ve said these cues a hundred times. But do your students actually know what to do when they hear them?

These cues tell them what to do, not how to do it

In this free live training, I'll break down common cues and show you why they don't land and what to say instead.

Plus, we'll explore common cueing challenges together and rework them live.

Dr. Trish Corley yoga anatomy expert holding anatomical model

Meet Dr. Trish

As a US licensed doctor of Physical Therapy (known as a physiotherapist in Europe) and a former anatomy professor, I spent years helping people move better.

When I discovered yoga, I realized teachers needed what I had: anatomical knowledge combined with the confidence to share it clearly.

I've trained hundreds of yoga teachers, and the number one thing they struggle with is knowing what to say. "What cue should I use here?" "How do I know if it's working?" "Why do my students look confused?"

That's why I created a framework for cueing that actually works. I combine my medical background with practical teaching methods to help yoga teachers cue with clarity and confidence.
