Yoga has a way of changing everything. And if you're feeling called to go deeper, whether that means teaching or simply understanding yourself better through the practice, I want you to experience what that looks like with me first.

We'll practice together. You'll feel my teaching. Then we'll talk.

Because 200 hours is a real commitment, and you deserve to know exactly who you're spending it with.

Come Practice Yoga & Get to Know Me!

    Meet Dr. Trish

As a US licensed doctor of Physical Therapy (known as a physiotherapist in Europe) and a former anatomy professor, I spent years helping people move better. When I discovered yoga, I realized teachers needed what I had - deep anatomical knowledge combined with the confidence to share it clearly.

I've experienced yoga across multiple countries, and I've seen the same pattern: amazing teachers struggling with uncertainty, spending hours planning classes, and feeling unprepared when students asked questions. That's why I created my systematic approach and founded the Yoga Anatomy School.

I combine my medical background with empowering teaching methods to train teachers all over the world to teach great yoga classes from their heart.
