Journey Into Power | 20 minutes Journey Into Power is the sequence from Baptiste Power Yoga. The sequence is adaptable and can be practiced in under 20 minutes. Join Trish as she moves through the sequence one breath per posture — a perfect way to get a full practice in when time is limited.

Rocket Vinyasa 1 | 45 minutes Experience the Rocket Vinyasa Series One in just 45 minutes. Be prepared for a lot of vinyasas — though of course you can skip them or add in handstands if you like. Take it at your pace and enjoy.

Align for Transformation | 60 minutes If you are seeking any type of transformation, it all starts here on your mat. This is a recorded class from the start of a 2-day Yoga Anatomy Workshop at Connecticut Power Yoga in Stamford, CT.

Journey Into Power: Postures and Breath | 35 minutes The Baptiste Journey Into Power sequence with limited instruction. Drop into the sequence and breathe. The lack of cueing is intentional so that you can create your own experience of the postures in this powerful vinyasa practice.

Ease at Knees and Elbows | 45 minutes With a focus on creating a microbend at the elbows and knees, you will experience energy flow through your extremities — from the ground to your core and from your core to the ground.

Foundation: Feet | 30 minutes Experience the power and strength throughout your whole body when you are intentional about creating a foundation for all postures through your feet.

Short and Simple | 15 minutes Consistency in practice is important and also challenging. This practice is perfect when your time is limited and you still want to experience vinyasa and alignment.

Create Flow | 45 minutes What does it take to create the state of flow? Go beyond getting in and out of yoga postures. Experience flow while holding postures and transitioning from one to another.

Intention and Foundation | 75 minutes Experience the power of being intentional with creating a physical foundation in each pose. Start with a brief meditation and then complete a full practice that will leave you connected to the earth and ready for anything.
