Hi there! I'm Dr. Trish Corley. I am so excited to be moving from Lisbon to Estoril and I want you at my first class here. I'm a doctor of physical therapy (physiotherapy) and a yoga teacher with over fifteen years of experience leading classes, workshops, and teacher trainings around the world.
I emphasize community and connection, AND I see each student as an individual. You'll receive specific feedback and teaching that speaks directly to your body and finish class feeling calm, grounded, and fully alive.
Bring: Yoga mat. I also suggest you bring a bath/beach towel to put on the dirt ground under your yoga mat. Towels are often easier to clean than yoga mats. 😉.
Please plan to arrive before 6:30 pm.
Investment: €12. Advanced payment via link found in WhatsApp group or cash prior to the class.

Vinyasa at Ministry of Yoga
Thursdays 10-11am
Rua das Portas San Antao 27 Level 1 Lisboa
This yoga is known for its strong activation of the physical body. If you are after a yoga practice that can replace a gym workout or long distance run, this is the class for you.
Each class is creative and challenging, as soon as you feel at ease in a pose you will be taken to the next level. There are arm balances, planks, back bending, inversions and flows, lots of flows (movement between postures).
The practice has been inspired by Ashtanga and Power Yoga to keep all students on their physical and mental edge.
Investment: Rates determined by Ministry of Yoga. Intro offer is 3 classes for €35.
Hi! I’m Dr. Trish
I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy (Physiotherapy) and yoga teacher with over fifteen years of experience leading classes, workshops, and teacher trainings around the world. I recently moved to Estoril and I'm building something special here.
My classes are dynamic and anatomy-informed. You'll move with purpose, breathe with intention, and leave feeling both challenged and at ease. I pay attention to the bodies in the room and give cues that speak to what I actually see, not a script.
Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you'll find a class that meets you where you are.
I'd love to practice with you.
