Whether you recently completed your 200-hour training or you've been teaching for years and feel stuck at a plateau, this mentorship gives you systematic frameworks and personalized support to become the go-to teacher in your community.

When does the Beta 2.0 cohort start?

The Beta 2.0 cohort begins January 20, 2026 with an orientation call. Live coaching calls happen twice monthly on Tuesdays (12pm EST / 5pm Lisbon time): January 27, February 10, February 24, March 10, March 24, April 14. You'll receive calendar invites and curriculum access upon enrollment. Enrollment closes January 15, 2026.

What happens on the live coaching calls?

The pre-recorded curriculum teaches the concepts for each pillar. The live coaching calls are where we go deeper together. I ask questions, see where you're stuck, troubleshoot your specific challenges, and help you go further. 6 group coaching calls (60 minutes each) happen twice monthly with real-time feedback, sequence reviews, and coaching. Every call includes an action item to practice before the next call. Community tier includes 1 private 30-minute strategy call. Breakthrough tier includes 3 private 60-minute mentorship calls. All calls are recorded and accessible while you're in the community.

What if I can't attend all the live calls?

Accepted Answer

All coaching calls are recorded and available with ongoing access while you're a community member. You can submit questions ahead of time to be addressed on the call even if you can't attend live. While live participation creates the most transformation, the recordings ensure you don't miss any content.

Question 5

Do I need to be a certified yoga teacher to join?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Elevate is for teachers who have completed at least one yoga teacher training (200-hour minimum). You don't need to be teaching regular classes yet. You'll be encouraged to practice what you're learning with friends, family, or in the community between coaching calls.

What's the difference between Community and Breakthrough tiers?

Accepted Answer

Community Mentorship includes the complete 6-pillar curriculum, workbook, 6 group coaching calls, 1 private strategy call, and 3 months of community access. Breakthrough Mentorship includes everything in Community PLUS 3 additional private mentorship calls (60 minutes each) for deep personalized work, and a custom action plan we develop together.

Is there a payment plan option?

Yes! Both tiers offer payment plans: Community: $467 pay in full or 3 monthly payments of $167. Breakthrough: $697 pay in full or 3 monthly payments of $247. Payment plans are processed automatically through secure checkout.

Question 8

Can I get continuing education credits?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You'll earn 10+ CEUs with Yoga Alliance upon completion of the program. Contact Dr. Trish via email after completing the program to receive your certificate. Instructions are provided inside the course.

What's your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Due to immediate access to curriculum materials and live coaching calls, Elevate is non-refundable. Please make sure this program is the right fit for you before enrolling. If you have questions, contact Dr. Trish before enrolling.

What happens after the 3-month intensive?

Accepted Answer

You keep ongoing access to all curriculum materials and your workbook. The private community remains open with the option to continue at a special member rate (includes ongoing community access, call recordings, and 2-3 group calls monthly). You also have the option to continue with private mentorship coaching at a discounted rate. Many graduates choose to stay connected for continued support and growth.
